Lead Time
Standard lead time for all orders is 3 days AFTER order date.
Delivery
Cancellation charge - 100% of delivery fee will be imposed for cancellation notice given less than 24 hours from the pickup timing
Unsuccessful deliveries - in the event where recipient is absent/unreachable upon arrival, driver will leave items at door (if possible) and provide photo proof of delivery completion. Should delivery address be inaccessible (eg. No response from condo intercom/no recipient at landed property), redelivery fee will be charged
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted at least 2 working days of your selected date of collection/delivery. Please contact us here with your cancellation request and we will follow up accordingly.
Order cancellations less than 2 working days of selected date of collection/delivery may not guarantee to be refunded.
